This set contains two albums – one dated 1937 (the large album) and the other dated 1941 (the small album). The larger leather album features 32 photos with snapshots and real photo postcards. The photographs focus on training and horseplay at Camp Smith in Peekskill, New York. The smaller album contains 8 photos. The photographs in this album show artillery training and camouflage skills. As a set, these albums are a great example of US military training before the war.
